Renova Plus is a Caroline Springs based renovation business led by Mario Milici. Since 2010 we've delivered more than 500 bathrooms, kitchens and laundries across Melbourne's west and north-west — under one team, one contract, one fixed price.
The Story
Mario Milici. 20 Years On The Tools.
Mario started Renova Plus after two decades as a tiler and project lead on residential builds across Melbourne. He'd seen one problem on almost every job — too many tradies, not enough accountability — and built the business to fix it.
Today the Renova Plus crew handles everything in-house: design, demolition, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and fit-off. Same hands from quote to handover. Same number to call if anything ever needs attention down the track.
We're based in Caroline Springs and proudly serve homeowners across Melbourne's west and north-west — Bacchus Marsh, Sunbury, Werribee, Taylors Lakes, Hillside, Point Cook and beyond.
